Whistler BC
7104 is a high-performance apartment building centrally located at the Highway 99 entrance to White Gold. The building is walking distance to all major amenities in town and designed for comfortable, healthy living in Whistler. The building is all rental units with 12 different unit types to accommodate many of the different households in Whistler. All the units will be rented to people who qualify for WHA rental units.

Golden BC
Oso Golden is a new residential and commercial development located in downtown Golden, BC. It features 24 condominiums zoned for short-term rentals, making it the first project of its kind in the area. In addition to the residential units, Oso offers over 12,000 sq. ft. of customizable commercial space for sale or lease, alongside plans for a second long-term rental residential building. Conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and Golden’s renowned Rotary Trail System, Oso offers an ideal location for both living and adventure.
